I had a hard track workout last night.
My calves are sore.
I had a hard spin tonight.
My legs are tired.
Tonight I broke out the new compression recovery tights.

Yeah, Joelle made me wanna punch the tv. I hate people who make excuses and she epitomizes that. I felt so bad for Jerry, but he was so great about it all, and it really looks like he is doing really well at home.
