I guess the theme this week is getting closer to my goals.
My swim goal is to swim an IM. This week I learned Breast Stroke. It's slow and needs work, but I got a hand on the basics.
Another goal is to run the Monument Avenue 10k at an 8:50 pace. I was originally thinking I wanted to do an 8:00 pace but with the knee and stitches last year I lost more than ideal. Ho hum. But this morning I ran 4 miles at an 8:53 pace!

You did awesome last night at Masters! I'm so impressed by your determination and your improvement in the pool. Way to do all those lengths of breast stroke last night.
