29 mile bike

Challenge Results:
February 14th:
~ 2 1/2 mile run broken into (5) 1/2 mile repeats per training schedule: 3:45, 3:50, 3:50, 4:00, 3:53
~ 2 mile swim: 41:37 for first 2000 meters
February 16th
~ 2 hour bike ride
~ 6 1/2 mile run: 1:00:37
